Refund Policy
What to expect if your plans change — flexible, fair, and transparent.
At Amigos Dive Center, we understand that travel plans can change. Below you’ll find our refund and cancellation policy designed to be fair to both our guests and our team.
Cancellations by the Customer
More than 48 hours before the activity: You will receive a full refund.
24–48 hours before the activity: A 50% refund will be issued.
Less than 24 hours before the activity or no-show: No refund will be issued, as we have already allocated staff and resources.
Daily Fun Dives
Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid penalties.
Deposits are non-refundable, but rebooking is available during off-peak times.
Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
PADI Courses
Course payments are non-refundable once the course has been booked.
Rebooking is possible based on availability.
Divers are required to arrive at the dive shop 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
Changes to Your Booking
We’ll do our best to accommodate changes to your reservation based on availability.
Changes requested more than 24 hours before the activity are usually possible with no extra charge.
For last-minute changes, please contact us directly to discuss options.
Cancellations by Dive In Amigos
In rare cases (e.g., due to severe weather or safety concerns), we may need to cancel or reschedule your activity. If this happens, we will offer:
A full refund, or
The option to reschedule at no additional cost.
How Refunds Are Issued
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days. If you haven’t received your refund after that time, please contact us.
