These Terms of Service apply to all bookings, services, and activities offered by Amigos Dive Center. By making a reservation or participating in any of our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Booking and Payment

• A confirmed booking is required to secure your spot in any diving course, guided dive, or activity.

• Payments can be made online or in person, and must be completed before the start of the activity unless otherwise agreed.

• Prices are listed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and may be subject to change without prior notice.

Deposit
 Daily Fun Dives:
 •⁠ ⁠1,000 PHP deposit secures your spot.
 •⁠ ⁠2,000 PHP for 3 dives package. 
 PADI Courses:
 • 5,000 PHP deposit confirms your course.
 Full payment due upon arrival, before the dive.

Divers are required to arrive in the dive shop 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

Participant Requirements

• You must meet the certification and experience level required for the activity you book.

• You must be in good health and complete a medical questionnaire prior to any diving activity.

• Amigos Dive Center reserves the right to deny participation if safety or health concerns arise.

Safety and Responsibility

• All divers are expected to follow the instructions of Amigos Dive Center staff and adhere to safe diving practices.

• Amigos Dive Center is not responsible for any incidents resulting from failure to follow safety briefings, negligence, or diving beyond personal certification limits.

Insurance

• Amigos Dive Center strongly recommends that all participants have valid travel and diving insurance covering accidents, medical treatment, and cancellations.

Liability

• By booking an activity, you agree to sign a liability waiver before participating in any dive.

• Amigos Dive Center is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings during your activity.

Cancellation and Refunds

• Our cancellation and refund policy is outlined separately here and forms part of these Terms.

Changes and Cancellations by Dive In Amigos

• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule activities in the event of bad weather, safety risks, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, alternative dates or a full refund will be offered.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Philippines.
